Safety Manager

About the role

The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. This includes conducting regular safety audits, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any incidents that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Address and investigate any safety incidents that occur
• Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a safety management role
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
