- Facilitate and organize in-house safety meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and haulage contractors, resolving logistics issues or site access concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Maximize delivery efficiencies through customer-focused coordination of site-related events.
- Manage the check-in process for all external parties, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and safe transition from the gate to the loading zone.
- Mediate and resolve any disputes or service delays on-site, ensuring customers feel valued even during high-traffic or operational challenges.
- Represent Martin Marietta’s values in every interaction, building long-term trust with local vendors and community stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and site operations, providing real-time updates to customers regarding product availability and loading times.
- Proactively gather customer feedback regarding site efficiency and safety, reporting insights to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
