We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. From posting: - About the role: The first paragraph describes role: "As a Safety Engineer you will lead and implement environmental, health, and safety programs..." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with

containing that description. - Responsibilities: The list after "Every day as the Safety Engineer you will..." includes many bullet-like items separated by line breaks. We need to put them in

  • . Should we include "Manage and oversee the plant safety program", "Maintain compliance...", etc. Yes. - Requirements: "To thrive in this role, you must..." includes bullet list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree..., Strong knowledge..., etc. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe not separate; but we have "Bachelor's degree..." etc. Could be Qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. The posting includes "Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred and 2 – 5 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or related fields". That's a qualification. Then "Strong knowledge in OSHA and EPA regulations", "Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities", "Excellent communication and interpersonal kills" (typo kills -> skills), "Effective conflict resolution skills", "Proven ability to adopt and maintain a strong safety culture". Those are skills/qualifications. We could have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). But we need to decide based on content. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include multiple if content exists. We have: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: maybe education/experience. - Qualifications: maybe not needed separate; but we could put the degree/experience under Requirements, and the abilities under Skills. - Skills: yes. - Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer excellent wages and benefits package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance plan, retirement plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniforms." That's benefits. So we include Benefits. - Pay: Not specified specific numbers; just "excellent wages". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "excellent wages and benefits package". That's not a specific pay figure. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits we have specific list, so okay. For Pay we have only "excellent wages" which is vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "excellent wages" is a statement about wages, but not specific. Might be considered stating them? It's ambiguous. Safer to omit Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Skills, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, drug free workplace, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Also remove "Precision Strip As the nation's largest toll processor..." that's company description; is that substantive? It's about the company, maybe we could include under About the role? But it's not about the role; it's company overview. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Should we include company description? It's substantive but not part of role sections. However we only allowed headings list; we could add a section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate; but we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive. However later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a section like "About the company" if there is content. But the examples list didn't include that. Safer to stick to allowed headings; we can incorporate company description into About the role maybe? But that would be mixing. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid other headings. I'd include a section "About the company" with

    About the company

and paragraph. But the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but the e.g. list suggests those are the expected ones. To be safe, we could omit company description, but that would lose substantive info. However the company description may be considered boilerplate? It's not boilerplate; it's specific to Precision Strip. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include it. Where to put? Could be a section "About the company". I'll add that. But we need to check if any other content: "Precision Strip is a drug free workplace and an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. "Applications may be completed online at www.precision-strip.com/careers." Remove. "Learn more about Precision Strip by visiting www.precision-strip.com." Remove. "Job Posted by ApplicantPro" remove. Now compile. HTML fragment:

    About the role

As a Safety Engineer you will lead and implement environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Drive continuous improvement through hazard identification, data analysis, and proactive safety initiatives while serving as a champion for safety culture through promoting awareness, training, and partnering with leadership and associates to maintain safe and compliant working conditions.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the plant safety program
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
    • Create and implement EHS training programs
    • Communicate and enforce safety policies and procedures
    • Lead and facilitate Safety Committees, investigations, reporting and corrective actions
    • Coordinate and/or deliver OSHA training and any other safety training programs to associates while maintaining up-to-date safety records/documentation
    • Lead team members in the Risk Management process (TABRA)
    • Gather and review safety and environmental data to report and present information to leadership
    • Maintain waste management operations to comply with environmental regulations including waste handling and disposal
    • Complete technical duties in connect to EHS assessments
    • Guide teams through complex safety issues/programs by working with leadership (coaching/developing leaders in safety) and associates to promote safe work environments
    • Drive change in culture toward proactive safety behaviors
    • Apply incident data, leading indicators, and trend analysis to drive decisions
    • Manage safety-related projects
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred and 2 – 5 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or related fields

    Skills

    • Strong knowledge in OSHA and EPA regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective conflict resolution skills
    • Proven ability to adopt and maintain a strong safety culture

    Benefits

    • Medical insurance
    • Dental insurance
    • Life and disability insurance
    • Retirement plan
    • 401(k)
    • Paid vacation
    • Paid holidays
    • Uniforms
We also need to include "excellent wages and benefits package" maybe mention wages? Since we omitted Pay section, we could incorporate "excellent wages" into Benefits? But benefits already list; wages separate. Could add a sentence in Benefits paragraph: "Excellent wages and benefits package including..." but we already list benefits; we could add a

before list: "Excellent wages and benefits package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance plan, retirement plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniforms." That preserves the phrase. Let's do that:

    Benefits

Excellent wages and benefits package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance plan, retirement plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniforms.

... but that duplicates list. Better to just have paragraph describing benefits, and not list again. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list of benefits, we should use ul/li. The posting gave a list: medical, dental, life and disability insurance plan, retirement plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniforms. That's a list. So we should use ul/li for that. The phrase "excellent wages and benefits package including" can be part of a preceding p. So we can have

Excellent wages and benefits package including:

then ul. That preserves. Thus Benefits section:

        Benefits

Excellent wages and benefits package including:

        • Medical insurance
        • ... etc. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The phrase "We offer excellent wages and benefits package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance plan, retirement plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and uniforms." We captured. Also "Precision Strip is a drug free workplace and an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Applications may be completed online at www.precision-strip.com/careers." Remove. Also "Learn more about Precision Strip by visiting www.precision-strip.com." Remove. Also "Job Posted by ApplicantPro" remove. Now check for any other content: The company description: "As the nation's largest toll processor, Precision Strip strives to do the exceptional every day. We are a team of collaborative problem solvers, dedicated to providing the best customer service. With our in-house engineering and technical group, we believe no problem is too big." That's substantive. Should we include? I'd add a section "About the company". But not in allowed headings. However we could incorporate into About the role? Might be odd. But we could add a section "About the company" with

          About the company

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. I'd include it to preserve all substantive info. Thus add:

          About the company

As the nation's largest toll processor, Precision Strip strives to do the exceptional every day. We are a team of collaborative problem solvers, dedicated to providing the best customer service. With our in-house engineering
