About the role
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines at Champion Homes. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites and facilities.
- Train employees in safety procedures and best practices.
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies.
- Oversee the implementation of safety equipment and supplies.
- Respond to and investigate safety incidents and accidents.
- Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety management role.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with safety software and databases.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
