Job Description
- Ensure compliance routes are completed and updated as needed
- Become shop floor mentor and interface for HSE topics
- HSE related communication including training, safety alerts and production review meetings
- Prepare and coordinate HSE related training material and lead training classes
- Lead / take part in Incident Investigation facilitating root cause analysis and proper corrective and preventative actions
- Participate in/lead plant emergency response teams and drills
- Conduct hazard assessments of equipment/jobs to ensure they meet all applicable requirements
- Develop/revise HSE related policies/procedures for the plant and drive implementation
- Lead safety audits of key program areas to ensure compliance with regulatory and Bosch directives
- Conducts formal reviews of new equipment, equipment modifications, or process changes
- Maintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to the plant safety teams
- Interact with state and federal agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies' requirements

- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Engage the work force both salary and hourly to drive cultural change and accomplishing safety performance objectives and targets
- Other duties as needed and assigned
Qualifications
- College degree relating to HSE
- Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001)
- Leadership skills
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer skills, strong MS Office
