SAFETY CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

• Send initial appointment letters for scheduling of audit assignments
• Follow up by telephone to confirm appointments
• Update inventory system with current progress notes detailing progress throughout the completion of the audits
• Respond to inquiries from management and administrative team members within 24 hours as expected by our clients
• Meet with clients in a given geographical territory to review their payroll and/or sales records for purposes of developing a report back to the insurance carrier
• Quickly review financial reports and develop a strategy to capture the data and complete an accurate audit report
• Understand the business operations of the client as well as the duties for each of their employees and convey this information in a narrative to support the audited figures
• Finalize the audit report and submit for review by our QA team
• Make any necessary corrections and resubmit the report within a timely manner (48 hours)
• Complete all assignments within the service guidelines required by the client
• Adhere to quality standards with your work so as to reduce the number of errors coming back from our QA team and/or from our clients for revision
