What You'll Do
- Lead OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
- Manage permits for high-risk activities, including cranes, confined spaces, hot work, excavations, and energized electrical work
- Develop and deliver safety training programs
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10–15+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale or mega projects
- CSP and/or CHST certification (or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 500, or similar safety training
