What You'll Do

  • Lead OSHA compliance and safety program implementation
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
  • Manage permits for high-risk activities, including cranes, confined spaces, hot work, excavations, and energized electrical work
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain a strong safety culture
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 10–15+ years of construction safety experience on large-scale or mega projects
  • CSP and/or CHST certification (or equivalent)
  • OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 500, or similar safety training
