Safety Around Water Instructor-Wilson

About the role

The Safety Around Water (SAW) instructor provides excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas under the direction of the Aquatics Director.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement
• Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests

Requirements

• Must be able to swim
• Must have a valid CPR/AED certification
• Must have a valid First Aid certification
• Must be at least 18 years old

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and adults is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
