Schedule
- 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday (flexibility to work any shifts when needed is required, including some weekends).
- Must have open availability to work 1st and 2nd shift.
Pay
$23.89 per hour plus shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Administers teammate on-boarding training program and performs audits of training programs.
- Assigns and schedules required training for new/existing teammates.
- Uses various teammate meetings to communicate and emphasize safety initiatives and messages.
- Maintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and all training records for mandatory internally required classes/training.
- Works as a key resource with individuals and groups to improve performance and standards within the facility.
- Assists warehouse staff with various responsibilities when not handling safety or training duties.
- This position is primarily hands-on work with no more than 20% administrative duties.
Requirements
- At minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience conducting safety and operational training for material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proven ability to onboard new employees and deliver structured training programs that align with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Experience evaluating trainee performance, performing training audits, and maintaining accurate training records for compliance purposes.
