Safety and Reliability Engineer

About the role

Lead safety and reliability analyses to ensure scalable rail solutions across multiple projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety standards and reliability best practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety, reliability, or quality engineering within transportation or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in safety analysis tools (FTA, FMEA), reliability modeling, and industry standards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129).
• Strong understanding of risk management, system integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead small teams and drive results.
