About the role
The Safety & Fleet Manager oversees all safety protocols and fleet management within the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and managing the company’s vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
- Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Safety Management, Business Administration)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in managing safety and fleet operations
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
