About the role
ClearFlow Energy Services is looking for an experienced Safety/Fleet Manager to join our team and support our continued growth across West Texas and South Texas operations. This hands-on position will oversee company-wide HSE programs, DOT compliance, fleet management, driver safety, training, incident management, and regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture and fleet performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve company HSE policies and programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and customer requirements
- Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and job-site observations
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage employee safety training, certifications, and documentation
- Oversee DOT driver qualification files and compliance
- Manage company vehicles, trailers, maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs
- Monitor driver performance, vehicle utilization, and fleet-related costs
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and ensure equipment remains field-ready
- Support customer audits, prequalification requirements, and HSE reporting
- Work directly with Operations and Management to identify and correct safety or fleet issues
- Promote accountability and a strong safety culture throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Previous HSE/Safety experience in oil & gas, flowback, well testing, completions, or oilfield services
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
- Experience managing a commercial vehicle fleet
- Experience with incident investigations and safety documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between operating districts and field locations as required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Safety certifications are preferred but not required depending on experience
