Are you ready to be part of something groundbreaking? We're seeking Safety Ambassadors (Field Robot Operators) to support one of the most innovative autonomous delivery programs in the world.
Why This Role is Different
This is not your typical operations position. As a Safety Ambassador, you'll serve as the on-the-ground representative supporting autonomous delivery robot operations for a highly visible program. You'll monitor robot performance, ensure safe operations, engage with the public, and provide critical field support to a technology that is redefining the future of transportation and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Congduct pre-shift inspections of robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment
- Monitor and support autonomous delivery robot operations in the field
- Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when safety concerns arise
- Perform battery swaps and basic field maintenance
- Respond to incidents, technical issues, and public inquiries
- Partner with remote operations teams to ensure successful route completion
- Complete operational reports and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and members of the public
Schedule Options
- Front-End Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Contract Details
- 3-Month Contract Assignment
- Completion Bonus Available for employees who successfully complete the program

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Comfortable Working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Spending up to 10 hours per day on the road
- Riding and working in delivery vehicles for extended periods
- Working in vehicles with limited air conditioning
- Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Safely handling batteries and operational equipment
Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract position based out of Round Rock, TX.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
- Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
