About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst Cyber Harm to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and document enforcement decisions on flagged content
- Detect misuse of AI systems for harmful cyber operations
- Triage and escalate high-severity cases to relevant stakeholders
- Provide feedback on policy gaps to the Safeguards team
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to improve detection models
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in content review
- Stay updated on best practices in AI policy enforcement and cyber threats
Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in cybersecurity, focusing on offensive techniques and malware analysis
- Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis
- Background in content review or abuse investigations at scale
- Familiarity with generative AI products and their potential misuse
- Experienced in identifying emerging risks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Pay
$285,000 – $330,000 annually
