Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Cyber Harm

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst Cyber Harm to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and document enforcement decisions on flagged content
• Detect misuse of AI systems for harmful cyber operations
• Triage and escalate high-severity cases to relevant stakeholders
• Provide feedback on policy gaps to the Safeguards team
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to improve detection models
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in content review
• Stay updated on best practices in AI policy enforcement and cyber threats

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in cybersecurity, focusing on offensive techniques and malware analysis
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis
• Background in content review or abuse investigations at scale
• Familiarity with generative AI products and their potential misuse
• Experienced in identifying emerging risks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Pay

$285,000 – $330,000 annually
