About the role
Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico.
Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to:
- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
Requirements
- Prior successful field sales experience is a plus; additional sales training will be provided
- Clean driving record and readiness to travel extensively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills; independent and dynamic personality
- Passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows

Pay
Potential earnings including base salary and commissions:
- Year 1: up to $55,000
- Year 2: $65,000–$85,000
- Year 3: $75,000–$125,000
