About the role

We are seeking support for our permitting-planning team in our Seeon (Chiemgau) office. As part of our nationwide fiber-optic expansion projects, you will handle approval applications and coordinate with authorities and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications at municipal, state, and federal levels
• Process and edit 2D views and overview plans
• Correspond with clients and public authorities
• Monitor approval processes and ensure deadlines are met
• Handle document processing and distribution

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in civil engineering, drafting, administrative assistance, or geotechnics is beneficial but not mandatory
• Career changers are welcome
• Essential: motivation, teamwork, willingness to learn, and interest in the field
• Basic technical understanding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and diplomatic demeanor
• Experience with QGIS or AutoCAD is desirable but not required
