About the role

The position involves working within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Optometrist, you will work under the professional autonomy to care for patients, operate within the full scope of your practice, and enjoy flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive optometric care to patients. - Perform eye examinations and prescribe appropriate lenses and treatments. - Maintain a professional relationship with patients and colleagues. - Adhere to the established practice model and terms of agreement with the Subleasing Doctor. - Utilize the latest digital eye examination technology such as Clarifye.

Requirements

- Active license to practice optometry in South Carolina. - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Optometry. - Completion of an accredited optometry program. - Current registration with the South Carolina Board of Optometry.
