About the role

The Server Assistant (SA) plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience at Posty's, a high-volume, live entertainment venue. This position requires exceptional service skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in maintaining tables and providing attentive service to guests.
• Prepare tables with attention to sanitation and set-up.
• Ensure food and beverages are served safely and according to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Manage time effectively and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow departmental appearance and uniform standards.
• Evaluate and improve job performance based on leadership qualities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to various working conditions including indoor and outdoor environments, high and low temperatures, and stressful situations.
• Flexible schedule accommodating varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies and local, state, and government regulations.
