SA Accounts Receivable Control Coordinator
General Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable coordinator provides financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate collections of outstanding balance for 10 agents in South America.
Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Run and report weekly outstanding report for aged items
- Analyze aging for over one month overdue and provide detail comments in aging with action plan
- Sending emails to agents for their overdue weekly
- Correspond with Agents & HQ respond to accounting related inquires
- Prepare and maintain various reports for the field and leadership as requested
- Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, and relational databases to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports
- Process, review and gain approvals for VIP rebates
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable and manage outstanding balances and financial records
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, v lookups) and accounting software (ERP or SAP)
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze facts and circumstances and determine an appropriate course of action
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with surrounding team members
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, outlook) and ERP (SAP) Accounting software
- Ability to effectively communicate accounting principles in English (required) and Korean or Spanish (preferred)

The pay range listed for this position is the anticipated starting salary or wage range, and the final offered rate will be based on individual merit and the relative compensation of employees in similar positions.
