S&T Program Management Specialist - Clearance Required

About the role

Cydecor is seeking a S&T Program Management Specialist for the ONR S&T portfolio. Responsibilities include managing and executing funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition, generating new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs, and administering DoD S&T policy, priorities, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.
• Administer DoD S&T policy, priorities, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15 years of S&T or related DoD experience.
• Of the 15 years' experience required, a minimum of 10 years must include relevant management oversight experience in DoD, preferably DoN, S&T project planning, execution, and transition.
• Experience with DoD RDT&E funding policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition.
• Experience generating new concepts and approaches to plan, evaluate, and manage S&T programs.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Prior experience with Office of Naval Research (ONR) Science and Technology Portfolio.

Security Clearance

Interim or Active Secret clearance.
