S&OP Lead
About the role
The S&OP Lead position is centered on developing and managing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), rather than food procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating supply and demand plans, managing inventory, and facilitating discussions on regional distribution and transportation capacity needs within a highly matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop short-term (0-13 week), mid-term (3 months to 2 years), and long-term (2+ years) supply and demand plans for units and cubic capacity.
- Facilitate discussions on regional distribution and transportation capacity requirements.
- Lead process and performance management to maintain healthy channel inventory levels and optimize inventory availability within the region.
- Manage inventory availability risks through proactive analysis of supply and demand information.
- Provide guidance on regional availability prioritization and allocations, ensuring timely execution of management decisions.
- Give direction on lifecycle and channel inventory policies and processes across various segments and geographies.
- Manage and monitor category supply metrics at the regional level.
- Drive, own, and facilitate relevant forums, artifacts, and communications.
- Support launch processes, readiness, and execution of activities to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, finance, or inventory/product/portfolio management. S&OP experience is ideal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with nearly all levels of the organization.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65.00 to $72.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range may be adjusted based on the specific contract and client requirements.
