S&R Lead
About the role
The Shipping & Receiving Lead position at ACI Oshkosh is responsible for overseeing the shipping operations of the facility, including the S&R Team. The role involves reviewing shipment orders, assigning tasks to personnel, preparing UPS and customer shipments, and conducting daily reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the shipping operations of the facility including the S&R Team.
- Reviews shipment orders, stages and assigns tasks to appropriate personnel.
- Reviews the schedule to establish a plan for the shift.
- Prepares UPS and customer shipments as needed.
- Daily reporting: shipments, issues, incident investigations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Shipping & Receiving experience is required.
- Leadership and Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with ERP systems preferred.
