RYA Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flights according to Company flight release parameters
• Facilitate new technology within Flight Operations and Maintenance departments
• Assist in training, service, and maintenance of software
• Perform regular audits, run reports, and data sweeps to ensure Part 135 compliance
• Review Company flight release parameters with pilot-in-command (PIC) and Operations Agent
• Auxiliary role in initiating, following, or cancelling flights under the direction of the Director of Operations
• Work with the Technical Records Clerk to obtain data for tracked maintenance items
• Interact with Operations to integrate maintenance into flight schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• Maintenance Planning or Scheduling Experience preferred
• Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred
• Standing, walking, bending, or sitting at a computer up to 8 – 10 hours a day
• Pass a ten-year security background check to obtain an airport SIDA badge
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pass a security background check
• Pass a DOT/FAA drug test and subject to random testing
