Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and cleanse business data to ensure accuracy
  • Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Create and process customer orders within an ERP system
  • Resolve customer order issues, including purchase order compliance exceptions
  • Complete billing, invoicing, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Investigate and resolve non-routine operational and customer service issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support multiple business units while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
  • Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with accounts receivable, data analysis, or business operations
  • ERP system experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • CRM or Field Service application experience (Microsoft CRM or Microsoft Field Service preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems
