RxO - Facilities Services Technician (1st Shift)

The Facilities Service Technician maintains a clean environment for facility staff and guests. Key responsibilities include:

1. Empties all trash cans from production and office areas.
2. Removes trash from the facility and places it in the appropriate receptacle.
3. Dusts all furniture and fixture surfaces and vacuums carpets.
4. Uses floor scrubber to clean non-carpeted production areas.
5. Cleans restrooms and break rooms with the appropriate cleaning products and to the acceptable standards.
6. Restocks all supplies.
7. Mops restroom and break room floors.
8. Cleans windows and blinds.
9. Maintains facility grounds, including removal of trash, yard waste, and initiating necessary minor repairs.
10. Assists in and supports maintaining the cleanliness of the production areas.

Basic Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Sufficient verbal communication to contact other associates to accomplish job responsibilities.
• Sufficient written communication to record basic information (filling out forms, taking messages).
• Sufficient reading ability to understand basic instructions (lists, notes, and labels).
