About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated senior sales leader with a proven history of closing complex, high-value deals in a competitive and evolving marketing space, who will build and lead a team that is driving new business growth by owning the end to end sales cycle and adoption of our new products for our largest customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of high-performing individuals as the company grows, focusing on increasing wallet share of Strategic accounts through the sale of new products and expansion into portfolio brands and geos
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Lead the dialogue with sales, product management and marketing regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and build lasting relationships across customer accounts and securing expansion growth
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B/Enterprise software sales with experience selling CDP/ESP required
- 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience

- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- An excellent and structured verbal and written communicator

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $220,000 annually + commission + equity + benefits
