RVP, Solution Engineering - Central

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve revenue goals
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to manage the customer journey effectively
• Identify and resolve roadblocks that may hinder team performance
• Foster a culture of accountability within the team and ensure key metrics are met
• Hire, onboard, and develop team talent through coaching and mentoring
• Ensure ongoing technical training and enablement for team members
• Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize regional performance

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 8+ years in the technology industry with strong technical skills in areas such as networking and security
• Proven effective leadership and management skills with a focus on empathy and inclusiveness
• Ability to think strategically and translate corporate goals into actionable plans for a team
• Experience working with large enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment for prioritization and decision-making
• Strong communication skills, particularly executive-level communication and emotional intelligence

Pay

$210,000 – $322,000 annually
