Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives to strategize on deals
- Create processes to enhance communication and efficiency
- Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
- Communicate client needs to R&D for product enhancements
- Shorten sales cycles while providing technical support
- Aid sales with solution selling to prospects
- Match customer requirements with solution proposals
- Create impactful presentations and demos
- Gather and document competitive intelligence
- Model financial business cases for sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space
- Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS and GCP
- Experience building proof of concepts
- Proven success in selling and supporting complex enterprise solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives
- Ability to convey complex ideas simply
- Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
