RVFix Intake Associate - Part Time Seasonal

Key Objectives

Ensure timely and professional handling of all calls about customer inquiries
Support the overall efficiency of the call center through effective coordination and communication

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries courteously and efficiently
• Aid customers by listening to their needs and addressing questions with a helpful, upbeat attitude
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate the next correct steps for each customer
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to supervisors or designated team members
• Perform data entry and maintain logs of all incoming calls and actions taken
• Record customer information, vehicle details, and service needs accurately into the CRM system

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone presence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work some weekends

Qualifications

• 95%+ accuracy in data entry for customer intake forms
• Support call center KPIs including call volume, resolution time, and quality assurance scores
• 100% of inbound calls logged and routed appropriately
• Consistently high customer satisfaction scores for initial interactions
• Improved coordination and communication between departments
