About the role
This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and demonstrating recreational vehicles. It is a safety-sensitive position requiring a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, exteriors, etc., to ensure proper operating condition
- Perform routine maintenance
- Test drive RVs to diagnose and ensure they are working properly
- Demonstrate use, function, and features and how to perform basic maintenance of the RV
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of RV service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety manuals
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to wear protective clothing and use protective equipment as needed or required as per OSHA regulations
- Ability to tow RVs of various sizes as needed
- Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
