About the Role
Responsible for assisting guests by leading to site, guiding into site, hooking up sewer, water and cable and responding to general needs.
Duties
- Leads RV guests to their site.
- Guides RV guests into their site.
- Assists RV guests with hooking up sewer, water and cable for guests.
- Cleans RV windshields upon departure.
- Responds to and assists RV guests with general needs.
- Is knowledgeable of resort layout and amenities and is able to explain the layout and amenities to guests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
- Must have one year experience working in a RV Resort or in the hospitality industry.
- Must be able to follow verbal as well as written instructions.
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Must have a current Oregon driver’s license and the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program.
