Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes sinks, toilets, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, showers and windows in assigned areas routinely.
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, spot cleans, polishes in assigned areas.
• Strips, waxes and buffs floors in assigned areas as necessary.
• Empties trash cans in assigned areas at regular intervals.
• Stocks and replenishes soap, paper towels and other items.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior custodial experience
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Capable of working alone to complete assigned tasks
• Proven success handling multiple priorities and tasks
• Valid and current Oregon Drivers License required with the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program
