RV Station Service Specialist -(Part Time)

About the role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our RVs ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure
• Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness
• Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Hand over keys to customers at pickup and return, explain vehicle features, and ensure a positive handover experience
• Manage payment processes, check in rental payments, and collect security deposits
• Support station team with daily tasks to ensure customers leave prepared for their adventure
• Work hand in hand with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements for driving company vehicles
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs

• Ability to lift and move at least 45 lbs

Pay

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
