About the Role
Our Technicians are the heartbeat of our company, ensuring families can keep camping. As part of our growing service team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our successful service center and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on servicing new and used RVs—specifically interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing systems. Chassis or engine work is not part of this position.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair RV interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Clearly explain technical issues and repair processes to customers.
- Meet company standards for quality and thoroughness in inspections.
- Multitask and complete repairs efficiently and on time.
Requirements
- Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly desired.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to multitask.
- Valid driver’s license.
RV-specific certifications will be provided by General RV; ASE certification is not required.
