RV Boat Salesperson

About the role

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a dynamic and passionate salesperson to join our team in Pasco, Washington. We are a family-owned dealership with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take the initiative to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the defined territory.
• Create customer-specific proposals based on detailed needs analysis.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with our Finance & Insurance team.
• Conduct market research to produce competitive comparisons.
• Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
• Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and provide timely communication to management.
• Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and have the ability to evaluate equipment properly for trading purposes.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ideal previous experience: 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive, television/cellphone, real estate, and home.
• Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor is necessary.
• Enthusiastic and strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in order to navigate our inventory and CRM program.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but is not required.

Pay

$3,000 per month guarantee for the first 6 months
20% of the gross profit on RVs
25% of the gross profit on boats
$36,000 to $250,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time
Saturdays required
One weekday off
