Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification

Pay
Commission-based, with top performers having an earning potential of $100,000 or more.

About Our Dealership
Gull Boats & RV in Missoula, MT, was started in 1941 by Bob Anderson Sr., but back then, it was called Gull Boats. Bob Sr. began by manufacturing boats, out of an incredible new-fangled material called fiberglass, in his parent's garage, where the Depot Deck is currently located. In those days, it was unheard of to be a landlocked boat manufacturer. Despite this (or because of it), his boats became a huge success. Soon, Gull's dealer network spread to Florida. Word of the quality of his boats was spreading. In the mid-'70s, three of Bob Anderson's sons, Bob Jr., Denny, and Mike, took over after working there during their youth. As the business grew, the boys moved down the road into a new larger location and continued to expand the business. RVs were added 20 years ago, and things have been rocking & rolling ever since. We are proud to be Missoula's "original" boat dealer and look forward to serving the great-grandchildren of some of our Dad's first customers.
