Russian Bilingual Case Consultant
Summary
We are seeking a full-time Russian speaking customer service professional who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Case Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance from the moment they reach out to us.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.
- Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.
- Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.
- Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
- Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
- Resolve client issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in both Russian and English
- High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred.
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
- Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Must thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
Compensation
- $18.50/hour
- $250 Sign-On Bonus (Eligible after 90 days of employment)
