Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair machinery issues promptly
- Perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in plant maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
