Duties/Position Accountabilities Performance Competencies

Organizational Support Responsibilities

  • Attendance – maintains good attendance in coordination with University policy.
  • Punctuality – reports to work on time and is ready for duty. Uses time sheet to record time correctly for each pay period.

Work Role Responsibilities

  • Carrries out written evaluation plan in accordance to meet all process and outcome indicators for the grant deliverables.
  • Disseminates data collection tools and conduct evaluation processes with program participants and community partners to evaluate the project.
  • Participates in community meetings/events to increase project visibility, community awareness of the project, and partner participation.
  • Schedules and organize meetings/events and maintains agenda to meet project goals.
  • Maintains updated documentation and records of all meetings and events related to the project.
  • SUBMIT ACCURATE AND PROMPT DATA REPORTS TO GRANT PI.
  • Aids PI in implementation, execution, and completion of grant goals, outcomes, and activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Other Requirements

  • Must have advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize quickly with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be detail oriented with results-driven approach.
  • Must be skilled at developing rapport with clients and stakeholders from other organizations, and maintaining working relationships that support the implementation of services.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated skills in public speaking, leadership, and group facilitation.
  • Must demonstrate a clear understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality when working with individuals and the professional staff in partner agencies.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, or health-related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in disease prevention and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
