Responsibilities

• Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window.
• Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers.
• Communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order.
• Be aware of and inform Guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items, as well as how to find this information if more details are needed.
• Ensure that all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available (and clean) for Guests.
• During any downtime, proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager.
• Stock to-go roll-ups (napkin, fork, chopsticks, and knife rolled-up) and server station.
• Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage.

Requirements

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.

Pay

$16.90 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may vary weekly, and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is required.
