Job Summary

Stocks food and beverage in a timely, professional, and efficient manner utilizing Safety and Sanitation Standards at America's Center and the Dome.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Delivers food/beverages to Concession Stands, Bars, Portables, etc. pre-event and during events.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Locks up and stores all food & beverage products, and equipment.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Collections trash and cardboard from Levy locations.
• Rotates stock using the FIFO method; reporting any near out of date items to the warehouse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs.push/pull up to 165 lbs.
• Stand, Walk, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch.
• Able to take direction with little oversite.
• Exposure to hot and cold environments.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Teamwork.
