About the role
Join us as a Ruminant Business Manager at Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company. Our shared purpose of Feeding the Future aims to positively impact the world for future generations. This role involves building trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts and influencers to drive profitable growth for Selko Feed Additive Products.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with consulting nutritionists, feed companies, producers, and industry influencers to convert trust into long-term account growth.
- Turn market insight into action by identifying opportunities, creating targeted account growth plans, and communicating compelling, research-backed value propositions that convert into adoption.
- Collaborate closely across the business and with distributors to execute launches and initiatives, track performance against key indicators, and continuously improve results while ensuring compliance, ethics, and standards.
- Influence across customers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver measurable growth.
- Communicate technical value with credibility and care, balancing ambition with disciplined execution, learning fast, and holding oneself to high standards.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with consulting nutritionists, feed companies, producers, and industry influencers.
- A strong understanding of feed additive solutions and the ability to communicate research data and value propositions credibly to technical and commercial audiences.
- Knowledge of trace mineral and phytogenic feed additives is an asset.
- Skilled at monitoring trends, analyzing market signals, and identifying/qualifying opportunities in the ruminant market.
- Experience creating targeted account business growth plans and managing existing business in a ruminant sales territory.
- Effective at partnering with multiple stakeholders to help drive delivery excellence.
