About the role
Responsible for laying up rubber seals in precision molds using specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate advanced machinery to lay up rubber seals accurately.
- Ensure all laid-up seals meet quality standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating rubber seal layup machines.
