About the role

Rubber Seal Layup Operator is responsible for laying up rubber seals in various configurations using specialized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate layup machines to manufacture rubber seals
• Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure quality control
• Handle materials safely and efficiently to minimize waste
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and technologies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation
• Ability to work flexible shifts including second shift
