Sealing Machine Operator

About the role

Ricochet is an industry leading manufacturer of sophisticated, high-tech Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that focuses on protection, performance, and comfort. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle.
• Calibrate, adjust settings, and clean machines to ensure good operating conditions.
• Use precision tools to inspect parts.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
• Feed raw materials through machines.
• Maintain detailed records of activity logs, defective units, and final products.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED.
• Technical certification or degree is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is preferred.
• Experience with seam sealing machines is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of industrial sewing and garment construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting for long periods and working around high temperatures.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
