RTG Building Maintenance Technician (Chattanooga, TN)

And Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant work orders and make necessary repairs
• Respond to emergency situations following building protocols during or after-hours
• Provide preventative maintenance duties related to building HVAC components
• Perform day to day maintenance, repairs, and work order related tasks
• Keep updated records of maintenance tasks
• Perform special event setup/tear down
• Perform security check of all outside entrances
• Able to lift and move 100lbs by applying proper body mechanics
• Perform minor repairs to HVAC components (filters, belts, etc.)
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Two-year Technical degree preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
