We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms
- Repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Requirements
- Proactive and dependable
- Skilled in repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in building maintenance or related field preferred
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Pay
$18 - $20 hourly
