RTD & Seltzer Field Specialist (Brand Development)

Responsibilities
- Sell, service, develop, and grow the GLWAS portfolio of ready-to-drink products within retail partners across different divisions - Retail Chain, Retail Independent, and On-Premises.
- Provide a sales and adult beverage industry experience with a strong portfolio of RTD seltzers and a winning team culture.
- Report directly to a team leader who assists, mentors, and sharpens skills.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on holiday schedules and business needs.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and climbing throughout the day while lifting, stacking, moving, and rotating items weighing up to 50 pounds. Pushing and pulling carts with up to 100 pounds of force and operating warehouse equipment may be needed.
Pay & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 (paid semi-monthly)
- $400 Monthly Car Allowance (non-taxed)

Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Prior sales retail experience (preferred)
- Prior distribution industry experience (preferred)
- Basic competency with basic iOS devices
- Positive & Entrepreneurial Attitude
- A Success-Oriented, Competitive, and Creative Mindset
- Basic technical ability (Email / Excel / Text)
- Desire to learn and implement these learnings
Additional Requirements
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
- Cooperate with all management and staff of GLWAS.
- Follow all MLCC rules and regulations, as they apply to the position.
- Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.
