RSRV Project Manager II
Responsibilities
- Developing project plans and coordinating with government agencies and contractors.
- Using Earned Value (EV) metrics to manage budgets and keep schedules on track.
- Identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring all work meets DoD regulations (FAR/DFARS) and customer standards.
- Guiding cross-functional teams to optimize performance and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project/program management within a defense environment.
- Familiarity with EVM and project scheduling tools.
- Ability to obtain a US DoD Secret clearance and SAP eligibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with EVMS and DoD ACAT1 program management.
- Experience creating and analyzing Bases of Estimates (BoEs).
- Experience with Flight Test operations and execution.
- Expertise in formal Risk Management and mitigation strategies.
Skills
- PMP certification.
- Experience with ICBM systems.
