Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and coordinating with government agencies and contractors.
  • Using Earned Value (EV) metrics to manage budgets and keep schedules on track.
  • Identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring all work meets DoD regulations (FAR/DFARS) and customer standards.
  • Guiding cross-functional teams to optimize performance and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project/program management within a defense environment.
  • Familiarity with EVM and project scheduling tools.
  • Ability to obtain a US DoD Secret clearance and SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with EVMS and DoD ACAT1 program management.
  • Experience creating and analyzing Bases of Estimates (BoEs).
  • Experience with Flight Test operations and execution.
  • Expertise in formal Risk Management and mitigation strategies.

Skills

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with ICBM systems.
