About the role
Join a dedicated team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing patient assessments, testing, and education for pulmonary and sleep disorders. The role supports neonatal and adult patient care in various units such as ICU, NICU, and acute care floors.
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory care procedures and blood gas analysis
- Manage respiratory equipment
- Support patient care in ICU, NICU, and acute care floors
- Participate in cross-training opportunities in EEGs, PFTs, and NICU
- Engage in conferences and leadership development
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Current NBRC registration and state licensure
- Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and NRP
- Prior neonatal respiratory care experience or successful completion of department orientation
About the team
The team comprises approximately 50 members, covering shifts in a high-volume, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes quality care and professional growth.
